Support & maintenance

Annual maintenance and technical support are provided to ensure minimum downtime for the solution. We also provide user training and process consultation to enable your team to effectively utilize the Lime digital platform, as well as developer training that guides the in-house technical teams to independently build additional workflows on top of the solution.

Annual maintenance (AMC)

Off-site and online maintenance support is provided under strict SLAs to ensure that there’s minimum downtime at customer sites. Users are provided direct contact personnel and access to an online portal to raise queries.

User training

Users of the Lime digital platform are provided comprehensive training and documentation for an easy transition from legacy systems and processes.

Process consultation

Process discovery and re-engineering services are provided by domain experts with industry best practices and process fine-tuning.

Developer training

Training on creating new workflows using the Lime developer studio.
